The Australian Rowing Chicks are a group of women who are not only exceptional athletes, but also exceptional people. They are students, professionals, mothers and ultimately girls who are chasing a dream to be the best that they can.
tba:media set up a website and live blog for the girls to use in their lead up to and during the London Olympic games. They did the entire country proud and returned laden with medals.
Olympic athlete Sam Loch : "Drop the Hammer is a forum for me to connect with people interested in what I’m doing, experiments I’m conducting and stuff like-minded freaks might find cool or interesting. Part of what I’m sharing right now is the journey leading up to the 2012 London Olympic Games.
As a member of the Australian Rowing Team I will provide an insight into a group of people living their Olympic dream."
